Horace Hou: Looking Out Week 12

This is the Curo Garden by Raumlabor in Brussels, Belgium. This seemingly randomly organised bunch of sticks allowed a group of people to work together to create a project. This project is interesting in that it allows an ex-industrious area of Brussels to redevelop and aims to reinterpret leftover spaces.
