Jenny Wong: Assignment 2

Crawford Notch is a small valley adjacent the Saco River in the white mountains. The area consists of waterfalls, cliffs, and surrounding forests which defines nature. The Crawford Notch is a great area to explore and height and experience a temporary escape from the urban life. The Highland Center is a great place to stay while you're at your escape in the White mountains, offering cozy lodging and homey meals to the customers. The combination of both the Highland Center and Crawford Notch makes one feels as if nature is his/her alternative home. This helps aid my design the aesthetic and details of the bath house based on nature. The bath house should stand out too much or be in contrast with nature. It should blend in and at the same time subtly stand out.
