Daniel Ha: Looking Out Week 14

Neal S. Blaisdell Center Concert Hall in Honolulu, Hawaii

The Neal S. Blaisdell Center has a bunch of different complexes for functions of all varieties. They range from sporting events, concerts, commencements, and musical performances by the Hawaii Symphony Orchestra (the main idea of this post) along with other performances by the Hawaii Opera Theatre. The Concert Hall can hold 2,158 people and features a proscenium stage, advanced lighting systems, and advanced sound systems. Although there is a sound system involved, I would imagine the space would have some amount of acoustic design integrated (it's not like a sound system can do everything by itself they way acoustics can).
