Update to latest version of Grasshopper HERE.
SONIC
Sonic is a Grasshopper plugin that allows you to cast multiple rays, and calculate reflection and refractions. It's basic acoustic modeling.
Download HERE.
Download includes example files and install files. The install files have to placed in the Grasshopper Components folder on your laptop.
They are in a subfolder of the Sonic download folder SonicMosqitoe3. The folder is literally called "Instal these files…".
The directory in your laptop will be close to, but not necessarily exactly:
Computer Menu: Local Disk (C:) > Program Files > Common Files > McNeel > Rhinoceros > 5.0 > Plug-ins > Grasshopper > 0.9.72.0 > Components >
The contents of "Instal these…" go in here:
Restart Rhino. Open Grasshopper and you should see the word Sonic in the menu line:
